HUDSON, N.Y. – In celebration of service to Columbia-Greene Community College, several members of the college's faculty, staff, and administration were recognized this month for reaching important milestones in their careers.
Nineteen members of the C-GCC team were presented Longevity Awards by President James R. Campion to commemorate years of employment ranging from 10 to 45 years.
Campion highlighted the high number of long-held employees as a particular point of pride for the college.
“We have kept so many members of the college community with us for so many years because they believe in the college and our mission,” he said. “This isn’t something that happens everywhere, and it’s a wonderful thing.”
