29 year old Michael Makoske of Schodace was sentenced today in Columbia County Court, to six months of intermittent weekends in the Columbia County Jail, for the September 2017 burglary of CaroVail in Niverville. He plead guilty in June.

Kinderhook, New York –
On December 18, 2017 the New York State Police from the Kinderhook barracks and Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Michael J. Makoske, age 28, of Schodack, NY, for Burglary in the 3rd degree, a class D felony.
On September 21, 2017, the State Police received a burglary complaint from CaroVail Incorporated on County Route 28 in the town of Kinderhook. A three-month investigation led to the identification and arrest of Makoske.
Makoske was arraigned before the town of Greenport Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
