Chatham man sentenced today on child endangerment charges

From Columbia County D.A.’s Office:

On November 7, 2018, Honorable Richard M. Koweek sentenced Peter Wallin to three (3) years probation and ordered him to complete one hundred (100) hours of community service upon his conviction of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Columbia County Sheriff David P. Bartlett's Office investigated this matter and arrested Peter Wallin. James Kleinbaum represents Peter Wallin. (SCI No. 047-18)

Wallin plead guilty in September:

On September 6, 2018, Peter Wallin was convicted by plea in County Court of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Honorable Richard M. Koweek presiding. The Court will sentence Peter Wallin on November 7, 2018. Columbia County Sheriff David P. Bartlett's Office investigated this matter and arrested Peter Wallin. James Kleinbaum represents Peter Wallin. (SCI No. 047-18)

He was charged in June

On June 4, 2018, Peter Wallin, III waived indictment in County Court and was charged with Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Honorable Richard M. Koweek presiding. The Court has scheduled a trial for March 11, 2019. Columbia County Sheriff David P. Bartlett investigated this matter and arrested Peter Wallin, III.
