...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 7 PM EST

TUESDAY...

 

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches

expected. The higher totals will be across the terrain above

1000 feet.

 

* WHERE...Eastern Catskills, Schoharie Valley, Capital Region,

central Taconics.

 

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 PM EST Tuesday.

 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The

hazardous conditions will likely impact the Tuesday morning

commute with snow covered roads and reduced visibilities.

Snowfall rates could approach a half an inch to an inch per

hour during the morning commute.

Instructions:

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
