Hudson man sentenced to prison for drug sales

24 year old Shyquan Miller of Hudson was sentenced today in Columbia County Court to 5 years in prison for selling drugs.

From Columbia County D.A.’s office:

On December 11, 2018, Honorable Jonathan D. Nichols sentenced Shyquan Miller to five (5) years with the New York State Department of Corrections, for each Count to run concurrently, and three (3) years post-release supervision upon his conviction by plea of two (2) counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. The New York State Police CNET Capital handled the investigation. Ann Weaver represents Shyquan Miller. (Indictment No. 18-024)

Miller was indicted in August:

Honorable Jonathan D. Nichols unsealed a Grand Jury Indictment in Columbia County Court on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 and arraigned Shyquan Miller. The Grand Jury indicted Shyquan Miller for two (2) counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. The New York State Police CNET Capital handled the investigation. Ann Weaver represents Shyquan Miller.
