Chatham, New York –
On December 13, 2018, the New York State Police from Kinderhook arrested Matthew A. Hogencamp, age 27, of Chatham, for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree (preventing an emergency call), all class A misdemeanors.
At approximately 10:10 p.m., Troopers were dispatched by Columbia County 911 to County Route 32 in the town of Chatham for a report of a domestic dispute. Hogencamp was arraigned before the town of Chatham Court, and released on his own recognizance to return before the Court on December 19, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.
