Trio pleads guilty to drug and weapons charges

Three Hudson residents plead guilty Monday afternoon in Columbia County Court to drug and weapon's charges.
Brandon Hicks, Renee Hicks, and Martha Williams were involved in a traffic stop in March by Columbia County Sheriff's Deputies.
According to Hudson Police Chief Edward Moore, following the traffic stop, a search warrant was executed at a Hudson residence, where cocaine and guns were recovered.
The charges that were plead guilty to were, Criminal Possession of a controlled substance, Criminal sale of a controlled substance, Criminal contempt, Criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal possession of a firearm.
Sentencing is scheduled for early next year.
