Up until now, you had to audition in person. Obviously, that’s not safe in a COVID world. So, from August 10th through September 9th, the nationwide search will go virtual! That should make it a lot easier - especially considering they only made 20 or so stops in years past. Now, all 50 states can get in on it without traveling, waiting in long lines, or even wearing pants! Idol producers will be using "custom-built Zoom technology" which allows for real-time feedback.
