Are you familiar with the "Ministry of Silly Walks" from Monty Python's Flying Circus? That’s a sketch from their show where John Cleese does some very odd things with his legs as he’s walking. Well, Dr. Glenn Gaesser, a professor at Arizona State University says that silly walk uses more than twice the energy of a regular walking pace. And that 15 minutes of silly walking can be considered “weekly vigorous activity." He actually had this published in the British Medical Journal!
