I spent many years wandering the aisles at costume stores looking for the perfect outfit. Never found one there. It wasn't until 2010 when I walked into a Kohl's in Phoenix that it suddenly appeared...right before my eyes! I've worn it every single Halloween since. This year is no exception. What do you think?
