TODAY. THE 28 YEAR OLD HUDSON MAN IS

FACING SECOND DEGREE MURDER CHARGES

IN THE SHOOTING DEATH OF 19 YEAR OLD

INDERLY INSTINFIL OF PHILMONT LAST

JUNE ON FAIRVIEW AVENUE.

TWO DOWNSTATE MEN HAVE BEEN ARRESTED,

FOLLOWING A BURGLARY INVESTIGATION

IN AUSTERLITZ. 28 YEAR OLD OMAR HASSAN

AND 32 YEAR OLD JONATHAN BARHAM WERE

HELD BY STATE POLICE FOLLOWING THEIR

ARREST.

A TRAFFIC STOP ON THE THRUWAY IN

SAUGERTIES MAN. 37 YEAR OLD DUSTIN

HAGER WAS CHARGED BY STATE POLICE

WITH FALSE PERSONATION, OBSTRUCTION,

CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED

SUBSTANCE, AND RESISTING ARREST.

AN INCIDENT ON WILLIAM STREET IN

CATSKILL ENDED WITH A VILLAGE MAN IN

THE GREENE COUNTY JAIL. 35 YEAR OLD

ROBERT HATKER WAS ARRAIGNED ON TWO

COUNTS OF CRIMINAL MISCHIEF AND HELD

ON 5000 DOLLARS BAIL.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS WILL SOON BE GIVEN

DRIVER'S LICENSES IN NEW YORK, AFTER

SENATE DEMOCRATS PASSED THE GREEN

LIGHT BILL ON MONDAY. IT WAS THEN
