A LARCENY INVESTIGATION FROM MAY IN

SAUGERTIES HAS LEAD TO THE ARREST OF

A CAIRO MAN. 38 YEAR OLD DAVID

BACUCCI WAS CHARGED BY STATE POLICE

WITH GRAND LARCENY AND CRIMINAL POSSESSION

OF A WEAPON. HE WAS HELD FOLLOWING HIS

ARREST.

A TRAFFIC STOP ON ROUTE 23B IN CATSKILL

ENDED WITH A CAIRO MAN FACING FELONY

DRUG CHARGES. 54 YEAR OLD JOHN SMITH

WAS CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF CRIMINAL

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE,

AND HELD PENDING A COURT APPEARANCE.

ONE PERSON WAS TAKEN TO COLUMBIA

MEMORIAL AFTER A ONE CAR ACCIDENT

LAST NIGHT IN HILLSDALE. THE CAR

ROLLED OVER ON ROUTE 22 JUST AFTER 8.

NYSEG CREWS WERE CALLED TO THE SCENE

FOR WIRES DOWN.

VALATIE FIRE AND RESCUE WERE ON THE

SCENE OF A TWO CAR ACCIDENT FRIDAY

AFTERNOON. IT HAPPENED ON MAIN STREET

BETWEEN CHURCH AND LAKE STREETS

AN 86 YEAR OLD WOMAN WAS CHECKED OUT

FOR POSSIBLE CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING

RESPONDED TO HER HOME ON WILLIAMS STREET

IN CAIRO, JUST BEFORE 1.

GREENPORT FIRE OFFICIALS REPORT THAT

THEY AND SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES WILL

BE HOLDING A LARGE SCALE DRILL TOMORROW
